Meet Destiny
Hey y'all! If you don't know already, my name is Destiny and I'm a 200-hour registered yoga teacher based out of Dallas, TX. I have been practicing Vinyasa yoga since early 2019 and it all started just with me doing something to keep me active but as I began to grow deeper in my practice, I really started to notice how I was feeling mentally, physically and even emotionally. Yoga has endless benefits and my goal is share and create classes that are going to elevate you to the next level!

Engaging in slow movements & incorporating deep breathing through poses can help warm up the muscles to build flexibility. While holding a pose can build strength and balance.

Yoga plays a major role in bringing forth balance and clearing the mind to focus on the present moment. Various yoga poses has the ability to relieve anxiety and/or depression.
Helps manage stress
With a combination of breath techniques, poses to calm down the nervous system & relax the body - this promotes relaxation, which decreases stress and promotes emotional and mental well-being.
